PROJECT SUBJECT:
We are looking for an investor to work with a partner we are working with (MALL sales authority). The shopping mall is located at the intersection of NICOSIA-FAMAGUSTA-KYRENIA at Ercan airport at the very center of North Cyprus.


The complex is built on 105 acres of land. The MALL is actively in operation and achieves a profit of around 400-500 thousand GBP per year (lack of business skills).


Both annual operating income can be increased to 2 times, and profitable investments can be made with additional investments (80 acres).


The owner of the shopping center is requesting 13 million GBP together with an additional 80 acres of land. However, due to the circumstances of our opinion and the property owner, "8 million GBP" can be bought around and different payment models can be offered.


The commission rate we agree with our partner is 2% and we will share it equally with our partner who finds the investor.
