Minimum Sales Amount:
• 1000-10,000-ton yearly contracts – for Zambia
• 5000-20,000-ton yearly contracts – for Congo

PRICE:
• FOR ZAMBIA: LME -15%
• FOR CONGO: LME -13%

Payment: Payments for both products will be made with “L/C” after the SGS point of delivery (CIF delivery).



NEED & PROPOSAL:
Commercial Procedure with Buyers:
1. Buyers most comply with Seller’s procedure
2. After the contract, before the L/C is opened, the vendor will share videos and all electronic data related to the authenticity of the product with the buyer.
3. Buyer will open the L/C after they receive product videos & images.

The buyer will send the ICPO and the sales will be made in accordance with the written procedures in the attached FCO draft (including technical details).




COMMISSION & SHARING:
Commission & Sharing:

According to the amount, GNB will receive $2-5 (USD) per ton and will share the commission equally with the partner who finds the buyer.
