We would like to present and share with you a ‘’company or project acquisition’’ opportunity we have been working on together with our partners, that has been newly added to our portfolio. In this case, we have two notable investment groups that are seeking to purchase (one being a consortium model).

The first investment group is based in Turkey and is seeking an active solar power plant company valued at roughly 20 million Euros to acquire in Turkey.

The second investment group is either seeking a non-active licensed company or a currently active company within Turkey to acquire, and there is currently no purchase limit.

The first group of investors are only interested in buying active companies. The acquisition price will be valued and assessed based upon the performance-efficiency criteria and reports of the active power plants. There is no specific region demanded, however this will be an important factor in the overall valuation of the company.

The second group of investors looking for either non-active licensed companies or active companies have the necessary financing ready and the manufacturing and assembly companies are based in China.
