PROJECT SUBJECT:
We want to share with you a "INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY" that we carry out with our partners and which we have recently included in the portfolio. As you can see from Ekte, there is a terrific sea-land for a tourism investment in Mugla-Milas-Gürçamlar area, consisting of 7 plots and a total of 170 acres.

 

This bay - land is a "2B" land and has been allocated with the purpose of providing tourism to the people living in the region because the forest has lost its quality. The garden was built last week and the entire legal process has been completed. After the allocation, the fair value determined will be paid to the government and the tourism planning and reuse process related to the land will be started. After the assignment is new and the sale decision is taken, the buyer will deal with this process after the transfer.

 

At this stage, the assignment is made on a private person. The lender will take over the right of allocation from the person concerned. This transfer process and the activities will be carried out with that person.

Demand for land is $ 22 million. There can be a bargain when money comes to the table.

BENEFIT & SHARING:
The total commission is "500 thousand Dollars" and is proportional to the selling price. The commission will be divided and divided into 3 (buyer partner - CBN - seller partner) in CBN market maker.
