What Opportunity?
North Cyprus is a growing market every day with tourism, university students, 2nd housing market (settlement of foreigners) and high foreign workforce, and has significant potential for development in the health sector (including health tourism).
The center is an active and profitable company. Recipients and companies will take over a working company and have the opportunity to reimburse "ROI" within a maximum of 5 years.
Since brand value and awareness are high, there is a possibility of hospitalization (other branches, etc.) in the related sector as well as in the health sector.
In the near future, one of the five important legislation on the health sector in Cyprus will come to life with the "HEALTH INSURANCE" law, and the insured patients will receive services from the private to the public.

NEED & PROPOSAL:
The figure required for the transfer of the company is 2,100,000 STG. In the vicinity of 400,000 STG, there are real estate values of the buildings in which the company operates (according to the market price). The buildings are private property of the shareholders of the company and they are leased to the company and the rents are in the macro FEELING OF INVESTOR INFORMATION NO. There are two alternatives;
i- 2,100,000 STG company can be taken over, buildings can be rented
ii- 2,500,000 STGs can be transferred to the company and all properties (buildings).

BENEFIT & SHARING:
The GNB will receive a commission of 5% over the company transfer value and the commission will be shared equally with our investor.
The interested investor candidate will start the business process by giving LOI to our company.
